Day 2 Points Spent

Woke up so hungry
Breakfast 7
SmartOnes Enchilada Suiza - 6
Salad - 0
hot sauce -0
ketchup -0
fried plantains - 1
Water - 0

I have these plantains in my house that my 3yr loves. So hard to resist.

Snack 1
Yogurt - 1


Lunch 6
SmartOnes Lemon Herb Piccata - 4
salad - 0
plantains - 1
water - 0
yogurt - 1

Snack 1
Yogurt - 1

So at 5:45pm today I have used 7+1 = 8 + 6 14 +1 = 15.
My daily points is 22. Left for the day 22-15 = 7.

I think I can have a little of the oxtail and potato bake without hurting the diet too much. hopefully i lose.

Awrighty must go give the little ones their bath now.

Thanks for stopping by. Sorry to hear about the rumors. Seriously, I hope one day to lose that much weight to inspire that much jealousy...:)

Going okay.. did not stick to the plan much today. I had some leftovers from Father's day dinner. The thing with that is figuring out the points. I find it pretty hard, which is why I pretty much stick with the SmartOnes or Lean cusine

Good luck with WW. It is very tough at first when your body gets use to your old ways. My first week I had a bad headache the whole week, but it does get easier.

Visit my blog and look at the side bar on the right for food ideas. Some have pts listed, and others are just foods I eat now.
