Day 2 is usually a struggle. Day 1, you are excited, you are motivated, you are taking positive steps. You have forgotten since the last time you tried to lose weight how hard this shit was. Hell if is was easy, everyone would be walking around in size 6.
Day 2 is when it sets in. It's when Mr.Softee ice cream truck passed by the night before and you bought ice cream for the family and you could not have it. It's when you wake up hungry in the morning because you did not have a late snack with your husband of milk and cookies. It's when you do not even have the positive of losing weight from the week before to motivate yourself.
I survived by having 3 of the 1point yogurts. Not bad but what a struggle

It's me again, sorry, I just read a couple of your other posts and thought I'd remind you that WW is really about allowing yourself to have the things you want - just in moderation. Like, trading something out, you know? You can have the icecream, just maybe have one scoop not two, and maybe not have a couple other snacks throughout the day... that kinda thing.
Plus, don't forget exercising earns you extra pnts!!
Thanks Rebecca for posting. You are my first poster! Pretty cool..
I remember. That's why I love WW's. The first time I did it, I lost 6lbs the first week and that was with me having dessert the whole time (the SmartOnes dessert)..
But for the 1st week, I like to be stringent, follow it to the penny, see how much I lose and then slowly add back in the bad things I like.
Still yet to hit the treadmill downstairs in the basement. One day soon... :)
